Working the last nine years in real estate, my goal has been to make the buying and selling process easy and enjoyable from start to finish. My work before real estate was a personnel manager for a large firm in Elkhart where my main task was contract negotiations. This work prepared me for the listing contract and purchase agreement language used in real estate, as well as the ability to assist my clients to see the ins and outs of legal jargon. I am inspired daily by my husband, a business owner who treats others with genuine care and has a work ethic that is second to none.
I have built my professional career three key standards of service. Trust. Communication. Exceed. I will earn the trust of my clients from the start. There will be clear communication throughout the entire process which will allow my clients to make informed decision and never miss a deadline. I will exceed all my client’s expectations and provide the best home buying and selling experience possible.
The greatest compliment to my own work ethic has been seeing my business grow each year through repeat business with former clients and referrals to their family and friends. Having their repeat business shows that they are confident in my abilities and past experience to assist them once again.
